Pay-at-table mode (Checks)
Purpose: Pull up an existing check and pay it at the table.
When to use this: When the payment is brought to the guest, recommended for dine-in, though it's guidance, not a rule. In the app this is the Checks mode.
Turn it on
- Open Device Settings with the unlock gesture.
- In the Payment Mode section, turn on Checks.
- Set Checks RVC # to the revenue center, then tap Save.
- Choose whether to limit the list with My Checks Only: ON/OFF.
- If the device should cover more than one revenue center, set the order under Checks Revenue Centers (in order) and tap Save Revenue Centers.
- Tap Close, then Back To POS.

Opening settings in Checks mode
Once the device is in Checks mode, the unlock gesture changes: to reopen Device Settings, long-press the faint "…" in the bottom-left corner instead of the swipe-swipe-tap. See the gesture page.
How it works day to day
- The server picks up a check on the device, brings it to the table, and takes payment there.
- My Checks Only keeps a server's list to their own checks.
Verify
- The device lists open checks for the configured revenue center(s).
- A check can be pulled up and paid at the table, ending in Transaction Approved!.
